We do not provide emergency healthcare services to patients:
- Injured in the course of a traffic accident.
- Injured as a consequence of effects of alcohol or narcotics
- Who lost conscience as a consequence of their injury and cannot exclude potential injury of another body anatomy in addition to their mobile apparatus
- Who took part in illegal activity
- With injured head, spine or pelvis
What is serious injury?
Acute injury is defined as a sudden change of health state within the past three hours. We only treat acute injuries of the mobile apparatus caused by external effects (falls, twists, hits) which need immediate attention.
Progress of treatment:
In the case of interest in acute care the patients contact us on 0917-620-620, where they inform a staff member of our hospital about the nature of the injury to be treated. If our facility is able to treat the type of injury reported, then within the agreed time, or within 1 hour from the phone call we are prepared to provide the required healthcare service in our hospital. The patients must arrange for their transport to our hospital by themselves.
